To schedule a consultation with Cooper & Fernandez Law, please select the option that best fits your needs — either one hour (60 minute) Legal Consultation, OR the two hour (120 minute) Strategic Case Assessment & Legal Consultation with you or your loved one who is in custody. Once you have booked your appointment, you must complete the intake form below in full. The intake form is REQUIRED for both consultation types, and appointments will not be confirmed or scheduled without it. This ensures our team is fully prepared to review your matter and make the most of your time with us.
Legal Consultation
Investment: $500
Our Legal Consultation is a dedicated one-hour session, where you'll speak directly with an attorney to thoroughly discuss your legal matter, evaluate the facts of your case, and answer your questions.
Whether you're facing criminal charges, responding to a legal issue, or considering your options, this consultation is intended to provide clarity and clear any confusion you may have regarding the legal situation for which you find yourself.
During this one-hour consultation, our attorneys will:
Review of the facts of your case
Address your questions and concerns
Preliminary legal research, when appropriate
Discussion of potential legal issues, defenses, and available options
Clear recommendations for next steps
This consultation is ideal for clients who want a deeper understanding of their legal position before deciding how to move forward.
Please Note: This consultation is a one-time legal strategy session and does not establish an attorney-client relationship for ongoing representation. Should you choose to retain our firm, a separate written fee agreement will be required. All consultation fees are non-refundable.
Strategic Case Assessment & Legal Consultation

Our Strategic Case Assessment & Legal Consultation is a comprehensive, attorney-led review designed for individuals seeking an in-depth evaluation of their criminal case before deciding how to proceed.
During this two-hour consultation, our attorneys will conduct a thorough assessment that may include:
Comprehensive review of available discovery and evidence
Analysis of the allegations, charging documents, and procedural history
Legal research and discussion of potential defenses
Identification and evaluation of possible pretrial motions, including suppression issues and other strategic filings where applicable
Review of constitutional and evidentiary issues
Discussion of strengths, weaknesses, risks, and potential outcomes
Strategic recommendations regarding plea negotiations, trial, or other available options
For incarcerated clients, an in-person jail visit may be included when appropriate and feasible in lieu of an office consultation
